Supernatural Abilities:

+ Weather Manipulation: As a weather witch, Nell can manipulate the weather to suit her own needs. Want the rain to stop? No problem! Need an extra few inches of snow? Problem solved, bro. She does have her limits - she can't affect the weather beyond city limits (or anywhere she can't physically access). Nell's magic grew out of her family's natural talent for wind and water magic, and she gained the ability to manipulate lightning through her studies.

NB: In exchange, Nell has difficulty grasping more "abstract" areas of magic - she's a terrible alchemist, and she can't pretend to understand energy magic (which is magic in its purest form).

+ Dimension Hop: Nell has the ability to effortlessly travel between dimensions (and by extension, areas in her own dimension.) The drawback? She can't take anyone else with her.

+ Combinations | Mini Unisons: Nell can easily combine two types of weak spells to form new ones. (IE, combining a lightning spell and a water spell to create a huge thunderstorm.)

+ Memory Rewrite: Nell can re-arrange people's memories so that they don't remember certain things (she can't actually erase a memory, but she can separate it from others by eliminating its connections). The more Nell re-writes someone's memory, the less power she has each time, so Nell refuses to do it unless she absolutely has to.

+ No Alcohol for You!: If Nell drinks alcohol, her magic starts to disappear. (She won't become drunk until she drinks enough wine/beer/vodka to completely drain her of her magic and knock common sense out the window.) For this reason, she avoids "adult parties" and non-wizarding bars at all costs.
** NB: it takes about 2 bottles of beer to knock out her magic; it takes 3 to get her wasted AND powerless.
